There are two kinds of information gathered on online
and in-store order forms:

Forwarding to a Friend
If you choose to forward a page to a friend, we ask for
their email address and your own. Birks will automatically
send them a link to the page and invite them to visit
the site. We will store their email address in our database
for that one time sending only. Birks will not email them
any additional messages.
Polls
At times, Birks may choose to conduct user polls. We will
not share or gather personal information using these polls,
but we may publish the results either online or in a newsletter.
In no way will any voter be personally identified.
